    • When using "Export Visible Items" to CSV, remove line breaks

      Currently, I have to open the csv in a text editor and remove all line breaks. After this, I can open it in Excel but if I don't the import columns get out of sync with blank lines as well.

      • Provide ability to export Visibile Dashboard in PDF format

        When extracted the data outside PlanBox, data again has to be processed outside to generate Reports in graphs which is tedious task again. Instead if Export PDF format is available then it can be used directly for reporting.

          Would love options of what you want to see in your Dashboard. For instance, the option to have a listing of all tasks with different filters (by initiatives, due date, etc.); Or the option to show a listing of teams and roles and their tasks; Or just show a calendar of projects; Etc.

            • Calculate real task's cost with logged time or estimated if not complete

              Add a "cost per hour" field for each user.
              Be able to override it for each task.
              Display the live real cost for each item in the initiative list and in reports.
              If task is complete and logged time is not null, display the cost based on the logged time.
              If task is not complete take the estimated time as reference.

              • Possible bug in planned vs. unplanned work chart

                I just entered data for the first time. I did a few baseline resets given this was all new data being put into my first iteration. When I was poking around looking in the reports area, I clicked on Planned vs Unplanned work chart: The percentages over the two bars (planned and unplanned) showed correctly as 0%; however, the bars themselves showed actual values. One bar was reading 6% and the other 0.5%. I'll take a screenshot in case you want to see what I'm seeing ... shoot me a message and I'll send you the screenshot.

                  Would like to be able to select items for all initiatives. Would also like to see the project and any labels associated with the item. Would be great if it was possible to sort by column headings as well.

                  Looks like there is also an issue where the project is just not being displayed on the current beta report.

                      With the current set up, when an iteration is archived it captures a snapshot of all the items, however, it continues to update as items are completed in the next iteration. We are using the approval process for the QA aspect, and it creates an issue when trying to determine what should have gone through QA since the iteration continues to update. Is there a report that could be built that shows all of the items that were approved during an iteration? That way we could at least compare it to iteration reports from the prior weeks. Or if you…

                      • Create a "History" (or "Events" or "log") tab on the item panel

                        In any operational setting, being able to view the history of a piece of work would be incredibly helpful for reaching successful outcomes with less time spent on knowledge acquisition.

                        I'd suggest creating a "history" tab on the issue next to comments, description, tasks, etc. This tab would display a list of events with user IDs and timestamps on each, such as:
                        -Issue created
                        -Task created/deleted
                        -Task assignment changed (from/to)
                        -Task status changed (from/to)
                        -Comment added (link to view comment in a pop-out?)
                        -File added (link to download attachment?)

                        What would be REALLY awesome is if all this was also…

                          This requires some changes on our backend, but we are aware it is a very important point to address. We totally plan on making this possible.
