Move the item to Past iteration only if:
- all tasks within the item are completed
- item is marked as accepted / Released / etc..

On the Tasks page there is a checkbox called “Show completed tasks”, if checked, all completed tasks are shown even if they were completed in the previous iteration. Note that there is no “move to history”. Actually what the system does is tale a snapshot of the items and tasks at the end of each iteration. What you see in the past is a snapshot.
How come your product is not yet in French since Martin-Luc Beauchemin is the biggest investor I think in Planbox?

A majority of our customers are international. We are working on a French version to be released in Q4 2015 and we will also offer better muli-lingual support.
Since Microsoft is a major player in the SAAS marketplace and since Microsoft's Agile offering is pathetic, it makes a lot of sense for Planbox to support Internet Explorer.1 vote
IE9 and higher is now fully supported by Planbox. Please report any specific issues and we will fix them.
Is it possible to print from Planbox?
What happens once I am done a task........can I keep it in "History" or is it gone forever? What if I need to Repeat the task and/or issue in the future?1 vote
All completed tasks are moved to Last tab and you can drop down to see a list of past iterations and list of completed tasks/history of that iteration.
Re printing, we generally support printing from our reports and charts pages; we are working on improved reporting and should have some new features to share by the end of our Q3 dev cycle.
When you run migrations on the main stories table, it takes the service down. If you're using MySQL then something from the Percona toolkit might be suitable.1 vote
We had one unplanned outage in the last month. Our cloud infrastructure and servers were upgraded and we will be better able to perform any maintenance. We have also launched status.planbox.com to inform you of any planned outages or known issues.

The sliding in the interface is universally unliked in our office. it's slow to move, and very easily accidentally triggered. The left menu should always be visible. The item details should always be visible. The days of 800x600 screens are over, so there's not that much need to overlap horizontal information...29 votes
When a comment email is received, it would be nice to hit reply and have your new comments (from email) posted to the comment forum. This is especially useful to real-time collaboration on mobile devices without having the need to log into the website.23 votes

Create a view of projects in a list and what % completion they are at. I can view individual tasks and I like that, but cant get an overall picture/overview of where each project is at.63 votes

I havent found a way to remove item types that I don't need. There is just too many of them and I know for sure that I will not be using most of them. So I would like to remove the ones that are not useful for me. At the moment it takes too long to choose the correct type.9 votes
This has been released. To edit item types, simply go to the Initiative Settings page, look for the “Features” section (left nav menu). From there, you can change your “Type” preference and choose the ones that are important to you.
Please add more detail about how invitations work for new users. During the trial I added folks and they never got emails or contact information. Knowing what happens when I hit "invite" would be very helpful as well as knowing where to find (if there is one) the option to resend the invite!1 vote
