Allow member capacity to be set at organization level
We run an agency and we have set our various clients up as "Initiatives." However, we have no way to determine how much time will be allocated to a project each week.
We need to see how much time our employees are spending on ALL INITIATIVES so that we can properly schedule their time. Having their capacity set and managed at the initiative level is nearly useless to us for scheduling purposes, and is a huge restriction of this software.
