Inviting Members to an Initiative
You can invite members to all projects of an initiative at once.
Permissions of Initiative Members
On an initiative, the only permission level is administrator. Administrators can set other members as administrators, and there can be as many admins as needed. To assign the admin permission, click on a member's listing and select "Admin" from the menu. For more details about the initiative admin permissions, refer to the Permissions and Access page.
Setting Capacity for Initiative Members
For each member of an initiative, you can set a hour capacity. This is the number of hours this member has dedicated to work on the initiative within an iteration timeframe. For example, in a 2-week iteration and assuming a 40-hour week, that would be 80 hours if a member is only working on this initiative.
